Everyone that isn't at home reading the Everts business should be here at Dallas, where its sunny and clear this morning, meaning the worst of the weather is behind us.
The track was uncovered early Saturday and it's sunny. The dirt underneath is tacky and wet clay. Practice will be sticky, but the night show will be pretty good. The worst might be people walking between the lanes lose a lot of shoes.
We haven't confirmed anyone missing the races due to cancelled flights, but it's likely. A lot of the team folks that missed yesterday due to travel problems are making their way in to Dallas in the mid afternoon.
The track walk was delayed until about 2:30, and the first practice 3pm. The pits are full, so people are just enjoying a couple hours off.
