"I have a lot of things I want to do in this sport first. The first thing I want to do is win a championship. My focus has been on that, my whole career, ever since I was a kid. I never thought I would be in this place.
When Matiasevich and Bradshaw and all of those guys were racing, I always wanted to be an AMA supercross champion. Now I have a chance to do that and my focus is all on that. A lot of guys ask me about NASCAR and will I ever go car racing, and I give the same answer every time - maybe later on down the road. Until I succeed in my goals, there is nobody going to push me out of what I want to do. I love this sport. I have a great team and a great family behind me and they support me in any path I would go down. I choose motorcycle racing."
